PATIENT/FAMILY CARE NOTEBOOK CLASSES
FALL 2009
The Division of Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics is proud to continue offereing FREE Care Notebooks and classes to families who have children with special healthcare needs.
The Patient/Family Care Notebook is an organization tool designed to help families:
- keep track of phone numbers, test results, medications, therapies, IEPs, appointments, and important records all in one place, AND
- improve communication with healthcare providers and others
